Testimonials

Artisan Exterior have been a fantastic supplier for us over the years. Every interaction with their team has been seamless — the level of customer service from all the sales reps we’ve dealt with has consistently been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful, including Kaleb, Clayton and Linda Their product range is of a very high standard, and it shows in the finished result. The quality, consistency, and overall aesthetic of their materials align perfectly with the refined gardens we design and construct. It’s rare to find a supplier that delivers both exceptional service and products at this level. Highly recommend. The Brisbane showroom is also STUNNING!

We would 100% recommend Artisan. Our dealings with Reece from the moment of entering the store to the point of our pool pavers being delivered was exceptional. His commitment to quality customer service was amazing and something that is often missing from many retailers in this day and age.

We love our Artisan Exterior cladding so much. The team at the Brisbane store were so helpful in choosing the perfect stone to go with our other selections. Everything works so harmoniously. Their showroom alone is to die for and range of products equally so. Purchase and delivery of the product was seamless. Thank you so much to the Brisbane staff.

The Association of Consulting Architects (ACA) would like to thank Artisan Exterior for hosting our breakfast presentation at their fantastic Fyshwick showroom. What an amazing space they have created to showcase the uses of natural stone. Our thanks go to Julia and her team Alicia & Alec for their enthusiasm and assistance.

They are always responsive by phone and email, happy to provide samples when needed, and consistently supply top-quality tiles, pavers, and grout. Deliveries are reliable and always on time, and the forklift drivers are skilled, careful, and considerate on site. A fantastic all-around service and the perfect place to go for floor and wall tiles. Thank you, Kathie, for your professionalism. The Perfect Place Landscaping Team

Diane was such a great help with listening to our ideas and helped us choose exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much and see you again for future projects

I wouldn’t hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. A special mention must go to Luke, our account manager, who has truly set the benchmark for service excellence at Artisan—his support and professionalism have made all the difference.

Julia, friendly, very helpful and pleasant!

I highly recommend Artisan Exterior. Our experience with them was absolutely wonderful. Jodie was extremely professional, accommodating, and understanding. She took the time to understand what we wanted and ensured we were happy with the chosen stone. Her dedication to providing exceptional customer service is second to none! We are absolutely thrilled with the stone and love the new look of our letterboxes. Thank you, Jodie!

Artisan Exterior are a pleasure to deal with. In particular Diane was extremely helpful and informative while we were in the process of selecting wall cladding and limestone coping for our recent pool installation. There products are of a high quality so much so our tradesmen commenting the limestone coping was one of the best materials they have seen and used. Highly recommend Artisan Exterior to others.

Great service and knowledge of product from Jodie who was a pleasure to work with. Beautiful showroom in Fortitude Valley. Product measurement to perfection. Easy and quick delivery. A beautiful stone that looks fantastic and we are very happy. Highly recommended.

The Artisan Exterior team at Fyshwick were very helpful in helping me with the overall design and approach to the interior exterior crossover of tile to stone. Would happily recommend to anyone in the future.
