You don’t have to book an appointment although it’s advisable, especially in busier times such as spring or summer or on weekends. Please feel free to contact us here.

What products do you offer?

We stock outdoor flooring, walling and pool tile products and carry a comprehensive range of outdoor furniture and décor. We also supply installation, cleaning and sealing products.

Do you sell benchtops?

No, this is not a type of product we stock.

Do you supply directly to retail?

We supply directly to retail, trade, architects and designers and can custom order for any landscaping or large-scale commercial project. Discover our full range here.

Do you provide any installation guides?

We have guides available on our website from the product pages. Please note, these are guides only and should be checked against the relevant Australian Standards for trade practices at the time of installation.

Do you sell plants and/or potting mix?

No, we do not. Please refer to your local nursery.

The Industry Portal is available to registered trade and industry professionals, including architects, designers, builders, landscapers and other industry customers. Access is provided following registration and account approval.

What can I access through the Industry Portal?

Logged-in users can view product pricing, check stock availability and lead times, order samples, place sales orders and access other product and project resources.

Can I check product pricing through the Industry Portal?

Yes. Logged-in industry users can view their applicable product pricing directly through the Industry Portal, making it easier to price products for projects and prepare client estimates.

Can I check product stock levels and lead times?

Yes. The Industry Portal provides access to current stock availability and lead-time information, helping you plan projects and make informed product selections.

Can I order samples through the Industry Portal?

Yes. Registered industry users can request product samples directly through the Industry Portal, making it easier to review materials and prepare client presentations and moodboards.

Can I place an order through the Industry Portal?

Yes. Eligible industry users can place sales orders directly through the Industry Portal, providing a convenient way to order Artisan Exterior products online.

Can you supply for commercial projects or just residential?

We supply for any size project, both residential and commercial.

What is the general lead time for products on commercial projects?

Where can I find Seamless Texture, BIM and CAD files for Artisan Exterior products?

BIM and CAD files are available across our range of floor, wall and pool products. Architects and designers can access and download product files through the Artisan Exterior Industry Portal for use in project design, moodboards and specification.

What’s the difference between a tile and a paver?

Generally speaking, pavers tend to be thicker, but that may not be the case in every situation. We recommend you visit one of our showrooms or to get in touch with one of our team members. In this way, we’ll be able to discuss your project requirements and guide you towards the most suited solution to your needs.

What size pavers and tiles do you sell?

We stock and sell many different sizes of pavers and tiles, from 400x400mm to 1200x400mm and can source custom sizes upon request. As every product is different, we highly recommend you to visit one of our showrooms or get in touch with one of our team members. This will give us the chance to assess your requirements and help you selecting the most suited solution for your project.

Do pavers and tiles heat up in the sun?

All flooring products exposed to intense direct sunlight will heat up to a degree, depending on the material they are made of, their colour and the length of their exposure. To ensure you select the most suited product for your needs, please come see us in one of our showrooms or contact us here.

Do porcelain pavers require sealing?

The Artisan Exterior range of porcelain pavers and tiles does not require any sealing as all products featured are non-porous. They are very durable, low maintenance paving solutions although they will still require a degree of care over time.

Do natural stone pavers require sealing?

We recommend post installation sealing for all natural stone products and considers it an essential step to ensuring the longevity and beauty of the product. In some cases, dependant on the stone of choice, pre-sealing or pre-grout sealing may also be required. Please contact us or come see us in one of our showrooms to discuss your specific needs.

Are cobblestones suitable for driveways? 

Yes. Their density and smaller module size make them well suited to vehicle weight, and minor ground movement tends to show as a hairline joint rather than a cracked slab. Explore our range

What's the difference between granite, limestone and basalt cobblestones? 

Granite is the hardest and lowest-maintenance, limestone offers warmer tones but needs regular sealing, and basalt is a dense, consistent all-rounder. Artisan Exterior stocks all three. Discover the range.

Do cobblestones need sealing? 

Limestone cobblestones need regular sealing due to higher porosity; granite and basalt require minimal sealing. 

What type of wall cladding do you supply?

What does organic wall cladding mean?

Our Organic wall cladding is supplied in individual loose pieces (e.g. pieces are not pre-glued to a panel or mesh). This type or cladding is a premium product that, once installed correctly, will dress your walls with the most natural, timeless and organic look. Please view our full range here.

Do you stock artificial cladding?

No, we don’t, at Artisan Exterior we exclusively supply various formats of natural stone wall cladding.

Do you keep all the cladding in stock? What is the lead time?

Our stock supply varies throughout the year and so do our lead times, although we strive to maintain quantities of available stock-on-hand for all products within the cladding ranges. We source and deliver our products in a timely manner, please contact us to check available stock levels or applicable lead times.

Do you install cladding?

We specialise in supply only, however we’re more than happy to provide the details of an installer based on your location, project, timeline and requirements.

Is natural stone wall cladding suitable for exteriors? 

Yes. It's designed to withstand outdoor conditions and is commonly used on façades and boundary walls as well as interior feature walls. Explore the range 

Does stone cladding need sealing? 

Most organic stacked-stone claddings benefit from an initial seal to guard against staining, after which maintenance is minimal compared to painted or rendered finishes. 

Can the same cladding be used indoors and outdoors? 

Yes. One of its advantages is design continuity, letting the same material run from an interior feature wall through to an exterior façade. Explore the range.

What are your pool tile made of?

Our pool tiles ranges are entirely made of glass. The Artisan Exterior collection of pool tiles are made in Spain of 98% to 100% recycled glass. You can view our full range here.

Are they made out of recycled glass?

Yes, they are, 98% recycled glass or more across all collections.

What backing system are they fitted with?

Our Artisan Exterior collection of pool tiles feature a thermo polymer dot backing system to ensure a high quality, practical and secure installation.

Which country do they come from?

Our high-quality pool tiles are manufactured in Spain utilising the most advanced, cutting edge and eco-friendly technology.

Can you provide any recommended installation products for your pool tiles?

What is the largest pool tile format Artisan Exterior offers? 

Our standard large-format range runs to 40x40mm across the Australian, Coast, From The Earth and Solstice Collection, with custom larger formats available to order for specific projects. 

Can you help me with pool coping as well?

Does drop-edge coping cost more than standard coping? 

Single-piece drop-edge coping typically costs more than a laminated join of the same nominal thickness, but is comparable to non-drop-edge stone once installation is factored in, and it lasts longer because there's no laminated edge to delaminate. 

What's the best coping stone for a family pool? 

Honed bluestone is our most requested option for family pools - it stays cool underfoot in full sun and offers reliable slip resistance at the pool edge. 

Can drop-edge coping be custom sized? 

Yes. Mitred rebate drops can be custom-cut from 40mm to 200mm to match your specific pool shell.
